Shipping Policy

  1. Scope of application

This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through our online store and is valid for shipments within Spain and internationally, in accordance with current regulations.

  1. Delivery times

Spain — Mainland: 1–7 business days from shipment confirmation.

Balearic Islands: 4–10 business days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7–15 business days, provided that no additional customs procedures are required.

  1. International shipments

Europe: 5–10 business days.

Canada: 3–10 business days.

Asia, Africa and Oceania: 7–20 business days.

  1. Refund for failure to meet delivery times

If the indicated delivery times are not met, the customer may request a refund of the order amount.

International or Non-Mainland Shipping Policy

  1. Customer information

The customer must provide all information and documentation required by the customs authorities of the destination area.

  1. Taxes and duties

The customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties or charges arising from the shipment, as well as for completing the corresponding customs procedures.

  1. Return due to lack of information or payment

If the customer does not provide the necessary customs information or does not pay the required taxes, and this causes the order to be returned to origin, only the amount of the products will be refunded, after deducting the shipping costs and the cost of the return.

Undelivered Orders

  1. Claim periods

If the order does not arrive within the indicated period, the customer must contact clientes@matchaflix.com within 48 hours after the expiry of the expected delivery time.

When the reason for non-delivery is attributable to the transport company, the customer shall be entitled to a new shipment or a full refund, at no additional cost.

  1. Refused or rejected orders

An order shall be deemed to have been refused or rejected when:

  • The customer does not attempt to collect it at the delivery point or is not present at the address provided.
  • The customer does not contact customer service within the indicated period.
  • The customer does not correct data errors that prevent delivery.

In these cases, the amount of the products will be refunded, less the shipping and return costs incurred.
