General Promotions Policy

Territorial scope

Promotions are valid exclusively for sales within the European Union through our official website, unless otherwise stated.
For promotions involving free shipping, validity is limited to mainland Spain.

Duration

Each promotion will specify start and end dates on its product page and on the website. Orders placed outside these dates are not eligible.

Compatibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are not combinable with each other or with other coupons, vouchers, or discounts.

Stock

Offers depend on product availability. If an item is sold out, the company may end the promotion early by posting notice on the website.

Price calculation

Order amounts are calculated after applying valid coupons or discounts and excluding shipping costs.

“-50% on the second unit” promotion

• Mechanics: An automatic 50% discount will be applied to the second item of lower price within each pair of products purchased in the same order.
  

• More than two items: The system groups products in pairs and applies the 50% discount to the lower-priced item of each pair, regardless of category.
  

• Limitation: Not combinable with other promotions or coupons.
  

“3×2” promotion

• Mechanics: For every three items included in the promotion, the system will automatically discount 100% of the lowest-priced item.
  

• More than three units: In carts with multiples of three, the same rule applies (one free item of each set of three, always the lowest-priced).
  

• Compatibility: Not combinable with other discounts.
  

Promotional gift with minimum purchase

• Mechanics: For purchases with a total payment of €50 or more (after discounts and excluding shipping), the customer will receive one promotional item (e.g., mug, notebook, tote bag, tea).
  

• Limit per order: Only one promotional item per order, regardless of order size or value.
  

• Cart additions: Even if additional gifts are added to the cart, only one free unit will be shipped.
  

Promotional gift without minimum purchase

• Mechanics: During the specified period, the customer will receive one promotional item with any order that includes at least one paid product (shipping costs do not count).
  

• Limit per order: Only one promotional item per order, even if more are added to the cart.
  

“Free Shipping” promotion

• Territorial scope: Valid only for shipments to mainland Spain.
   Excludes Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments.
  

• Mechanics: Orders meeting the promotion’s requirements will receive standard free shipping, calculated after applying coupons or discounts and excluding optional services (e.g., express delivery).
  

• Compatibility: Not combinable with other shipping discounts or free-shipping campaigns unless stated otherwise.
  

• Validity period: Active only during the dates published on the website (e.g., October 1–31, 2025, inclusive).

• Exceptions: In case of logistical issues or force majeure, the company may suspend the promotion without liability.
