Everything is presented in a wooden sliding-lid box that not only protects each utensil but also doubles as an elegant tray, perfect for preparing or serving your matcha. How to use

1. Preheat the chawan: Fill 1/3 with hot water, wait 20–30 sec, empty and dry.
2. Prepare the chasen: Soak it in hot water for 30–60 sec.
3. Measure the matcha: 1–2 g for beginners / 3–4 g for a stronger taste.
4. Sift the matcha: Directly into the chawan to avoid lumps.
5. Add water (70–80 °C): Start with 20–30 ml to create a smooth paste.
6. Emulsify: Mix in circular motions until uniform.
7. Traditional whisking: Add water (Koicha 60–80 ml / Usucha 100–120 ml) and whisk in a Z or W motion for 15–25 sec.
8. Finish: Smooth the surface with a gentle circular motion.
9. Enjoy: Drink directly or mix with milk/plant-based milk.

Clean without soap: chasen with warm water; chasaku with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not soak for long periods.
Dry thoroughly before storing; avoid moisture and strong odors.
Place the chasen on its holder to keep its shape.
