From a spinach and strawberry salad, to a couple of options with rice and delicious ingredients that you will want to try NOW.

If you don't have matcha tea on hand, I recommend making yourself a culinary grade one . It has the same properties as the ceremonial one but it is softer (ideal for cooking) and also cheaper.

Matchaflix Matcha Tea Salad

Strawberry Spinach Salad with Matcha Tea Dressing

Its combination of fresh and healthy ingredients, together with the special touch of matcha tea in the dressing, makes it a perfect option to take care of your health without sacrificing flavor .

First, get these ingredients:

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (better if it is extra virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

You got it? Great, let's prepare our salad!

  1. Arrange the spinach, strawberries, walnuts, and feta cheese in a salad bowl, plate, etc.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, honey, matcha powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.

Rice, avocado and mango salad with matcha tea

The brown rice salad with avocado, mango and prawns is a perfect option to enjoy the new air that the season brings us. With its combination of creamy avocado, sweet mango and juicy shrimp, this salad is a delicious option for a light meal or as a side dish at a special dinner . In addition, the matcha tea dressing gives it an extra touch of flavor and health benefits, making it a healthy and good option for your body.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup cooked and cooled brown rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 250 g. of cooked and peeled prawns
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

And now, follow these instructions:

  1. Place the brown rice, avocado, mango, and shrimp in a salad bowl or bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, matcha powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Enjoy like there is no tomorrow!

This salad is one of my favorites, so I recommend that you make it as soon as possible because you will like it for sure.

Vegetarian rice, tofu and carrot salad

If you are looking for a vegetarian salad full of flavor and nutrients , this rice, tofu and carrot salad recipe is perfect for you. With a combination of colorful and super tasty ingredients, this salad is the perfect option to prepare it quickly, put it in a tapper and take it with you wherever you want.

The tofu adds a healthy vegetable protein, while the carrot provides vitamins and minerals. The brown rice will give an additional touch of flavor and texture to the salad. Come on, go ahead and try this delicious vegetarian option!

Get these ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups of grated carrots
  • 2 chives, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Now that you have them, let's prepare our salad:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Arrange the tofu on a tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  3. Remove the tofu from the oven and allow it to cool before adding it to the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, matcha powder, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the tofu is at room temperature, you can add it to the salad and pour the dressing that you have previously prepared.
  6. Ready!
