For a large cup, mix one or two scoops of matcha with about 100ml of water at 80ºC. Whisk with the chasen and finish with water, milk, or juice to your taste.

The best way to keep it in optimal condition is to store it in a cool place, free from humidity, heat sources, or direct light. A cool pantry works well, and above all, make sure to seal it tightly, as it is a very sensitive product.
You can keep it in its original pouch by cutting the top close to the edge; this helps protect it from moisture. Alternatively, you can empty it directly into the container, but remember to store it in a cool, dry place.
