The ritual
How to prepare it
1. Choose your matcha
Sift 1-3g of matcha into a chawan for a finer texture.
2. Add water
Add 50–70 ml of water at 75–80 °C to preserve color and flavor.
3. Beat
Whisk vigorously in a W or Z shape until a homogeneous and foamy mixture is created.
4. Serve to your liking
Add milk or plant-based drink for a latte, or enjoy it traditionally with water. With ice, fruit, juice or your favorite sweetener.

Pensaba que sería un té diferente… pero no tanto! No tiene nada que ver al resto. El sabor al principio es más intenso, como más “verde”, pero poco a poco le vas pillando el punto. Ahora me gusta justo por eso, porque es diferente.
Soy deportista y lo que más noto es la energía. No es como el café que te pega el subidón y luego bajón, con el matcha es más suave, más constante. Me lo tomo y me siento activa, pero tranquila a la vez.
Y no sé, tiene algo el momento de prepararlo, batirlo, parar un poco… que se ha convertido en ese ratito del día para mí.
No es solo un té, es más bien un pequeño hábito que engancha 🍵
