6 consejos para combatir el calor

6 tips to beat the heat

The summer heat can be very, very stifling. I have been thinking about it and I bring you 6 tips to make it more bearable and you can enjoy the summer to the fullest.

Hydration. Always hydration.

Drinking enough water is essential to maintain hydration during the hottest days. But I am aware that there comes a time when you get bored with so much water and you need something different. At this point, I am going to recommend cold infusions or even adding fresh fruits and herbs to your water for a refreshing touch of flavor.

If you feel like taking a look, I have a lot in my online store ; They are all delicious and natural herbs are used to the maximum.

Wear light and breathable clothing

Opt for clothing made of natural materials and light colors that allow better air circulation and help you stay cool. Avoid tight clothing that hinders the evaporation of sweat.

Find cool and well-ventilated places

During the hottest hours of the day, look for shady or air-conditioned places to cool down. If this is not possible, use fans or create drafts by opening the windows.

Avoid strenuous activities in the sun

During the hottest days, avoid doing intense physical activities outdoors, especially at noon and early afternoon. It is much better that you exercise first thing in the morning or last thing in the afternoon or, directly, look for alternatives indoors. It is rare that a gym does not have air conditioning and you avoid unpleasantness.

Cool off with cold showers

Taking a cool shower can be a quick and effective way to reduce body temperature. You can also use damp washcloths or towels on your neck or wrists to cool down.

Protect your skin from the sun

Don't forget to apply a high protection sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Wear hats or caps, sunglasses, and long-sleeved clothing if you are going to be exposed to the sun for long periods of time.

Cold infusions are your best allies

When you find yourself in very hot moments, consuming cold infusions can be an option, not only refreshing, but also beneficial for your body. These drinks offer refreshing hydration and are a great way to drink something different than water, with lots of flavor and virtually 0 calories.

One of the advantages of cold infusions is their ability to help reduce internal body temperature, giving you immediate relief in situations of intense heat. In addition, these drinks help you maintain hydration and provide a pleasant taste, which makes it easier to maintain an adequate level of hydration.

In addition to its refreshing effect, cold infusions can provide beneficial nutrients for your body. Depending on the ingredients used, you can get vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen your immune system and help keep you healthy.

Cold infusions are also a light option for your digestion on hot days, since they avoid the burden of heavy food. In this way, they help you maintain a more comfortable and smooth digestion.

Some cold infusions, such as green tea or mint tea, offer a natural and refreshing energy boost. These stimulating drinks keep you active and alert, even when the heat wears you down.

Now that I have aroused your interest, I am going to tell you 3 super easy recipes so that you can prepare with these infusions.
