Shipping Policy
1. Scope
This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through our online store and is valid for domestic and international deliveries, in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Delivery times

Spain (Mainland): 1–7 business days from shipping confirmation.

Balearic Islands: 4–10 business days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 7–15 business days, provided no additional customs procedures are required.
3. International shipping

Europe: 5–10 business days.

Canada: 3–10 business days.

Asia, Africa & Oceania: 7–20 business days.
4. Refund for delay
If the stated delivery times are not met, the customer may request a refund of the order amount.
International or Extra-Peninsular Shipping
1. Customer information
The customer must provide all information and documentation required by the customs authorities of the destination.
2. Taxes and duties
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees arising from the shipment, as well as the related clearance procedures.
3. Return for lack of information or payment
If the customer fails to provide required customs information or to pay applicable duties, and the order is returned to origin, only the product amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs and return charges.
Undelivered Orders
1. Claim period
If the order is not received within the stated timeframe, the customer must contact clientes@matchaflix.com within 48 hours after the expected delivery date.
If the delay is attributable to the carrier, the customer is entitled to a new shipment or a full refund at no extra cost.
2. Refused or rejected orders
An order is considered refused or rejected if:

The customer does not attempt to collect it at the pickup point or is absent at the delivery address.

The customer fails to contact customer service within the stated period.

The customer does not correct address errors that prevent delivery.
In these cases, the refund will cover only the product amount, minus shipping and return costs.
