
RESEND DUE TO WAITING
If the order could not be delivered to the customer due to missing information or the customer's absence, it will be placed in a Parcel Shop, and the customer will be notified via email or SMS.
If the customer does not pick up the order from the Parcel Shop within two weeks, the order will be returned to the origin due to the transportation agency's policy. To resend the order, the customer must pay for the shipping costs.
